BEAUTIFUL NATURAL HAIR / ROLLER SET | Type 4 Hair | Curls by Sharlene

Embark on a journey to achieve beautiful natural hair with a perfect roller set. I used to do this every Saturday but no more. I started my natural curly hair journey in September 2016 and I thought I would try the Roller Set again. The best styling method would be the LOC Method. LOC stands for Leave in Conditioner, oil, then the cream or mousse (in my case). My hair was freshly washed and I’m using the Velcro hair curlers, Roller set. This is a timely hairstyle. Like blow drying on hot or even warm on the same spot for a prolonged period of time. In total it took me an hour and ten mins to curl by whole head. I started blow drying at 11:49, I’m so glad I don’t do this any more. You think normal wash days are long, this takes so much longer. Now on to Blow drying. This took another 55mins to dry my hair. On a positive note my curls came out so lovely, bouncy and beautiful. The LOC method did wonders and I got the elegant look I was aiming for. This is such a versatile hairstyle, it really is worth doing on those special occasions.
